Great mixed with soy sauce for sashimi, worn white turnipor in long meat cookings. Also suits vinaigrettes, yoghurts and fromages blancs, vegetables cooking water or fish court-bouillon stock. Mixed with a dash of slightly salted olive oil, you will love it with carpaccio ! Poured into sparkling water, it reveals with strength its fruity taste. Also delicious on fresh oysters.
